He received his PhD in Materials Science from the university of Lille in 1997 and then joined the group of Pr. R. Feenstra in Carnegie Mellon Univeristy. In 1999, he became a faculty member of a french engineerring school ISEN. He is currently a research scientist at CNRS. His research interests include the study of the electronic properties of nanostructures, their growth and how they can be integrated in devices.
