Bruno GRANDIDIER

bgr_largeHe received his PhD in Materials Science from the university of Lille in 1997 and then joined the group of Pr. R. Feenstra in Carnegie Mellon Univeristy. In 1999, he became a faculty member of a french engineerring school ISEN. He is currently a research scientist at CNRS. His research interests include the study of the electronic properties of nanostructures, their growth and how they can be integrated in devices.
